The Connecticut Technical High School System Adult Education Program offers financial aid through Title IV/Pell Grants to eligible students.

Our Adult Education Programs do not participate in federal loans. Students may seek private loans from a financial institution of their choice. CTHSS can provide a Private Education Loan Applicant Self-Certification to students upon request.
