awards, shop, ceremony, induction
Norwich Technical High School held its first ever induction ceremony for the National Technical Honor Society, one of the highest honors in Career & Technical Education. Since 1984, over one million members have been recognized for the same effort and aptitude that our students have shown in their chosen area of Career & Technical Education. Co-advisors, Assistant Principal Donna Goyette and HVAC instructor Kris Wagner, were instrumental in establishing the first ever chapter at Norwich Technical High School.  Fourteen students were celebrated for their excellence in developing their skills to build a career they will love. The motto of the NTHS is “Success favors the prepared mind.” The slogan is “Excellence in America’s workforce begins with excellence in workforce education.”
